The Specialized Children's Oncohaematology Hospital (SBALDOHZ) is a separate, highly specialised and registered by the Commercial Law medical institution.

SCOH is the only specialised hospital in Bulgaria, covering the full range of diagnostic and medical treatment activities for children from 0 to the age of 18 with blood diseases and solid tumours. Here it has been established and fully functioning, the first sector in Bulgaria for bone marrow transplantation (haemopoietic stem cell transplantation).
